I expected a private house , but it’s a proper hotel build with taste and showing former glamour . However the room had old furniture and very old carpet, but it was very comfy . The staff was very polite and helpful too . Bad WIFI though

A very poor quality hotel. They do not have a parking lot, the nearest paid parking area is 1.3 km away. You cannot pay with a card, only cash. They don't always have hot water. They only have Wi-Fi in Reception and it disconnects every 5 minutes. The air conditioning does not work, considering that it is 30 degrees outside. The TV is the one with tube and they only have Bulgarian channel. The staff at the Reception do not know English at all, they speak Bulgarian and if you say something to them they get angry. The smell in the hotel is musty and old. The carpet in the room is stained and full of mold. The walls are cracked and full of cobwebs. Bed linens are stained and torn, even if they are washed. I had a reservation on booking for a room for 3 people and one for two people and they charged me Cash for two triple rooms as I had a child of 1 year and 6 months. Honestly, a hotel from the 1960s should operate in such a beautiful area. Booking has 3 stars :))) I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and especially to people who come by private car and with small children. I will leave you some pictures attached to give you an idea.
