A gorgeous, comfortable apartment. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped. The en suite bathroom was a good size. The apartment has air conditioning. There was a small kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge and sink, there was even a small filter coffee maker! There was a little single hob for cooking on. Pots and pans, lots of cups, glasses and plates, cooking utensils and knives and forks. All you need. The bed was so comfortable and our bed clothes and sheets were changed frequently. There was a washing machine on site, which was great. There’s a lift as well as stairs. The apartment block is in a lovely, quiet area, close to shops and restaurants and the beach. We will certainly go back. The host, Svetlana, was the kindest, most helpful lady. Such a lovely woman! Svetlana goes over and above what you would normally expect from a host.
The balcony was too small to sit out there. It was perfect to hang towels or clothes on the clothes rack but nothing else fitted out there! We like to sit outside for our meals and couldn’t, which was a little disappointing but a very minor thing and I am NOT complaining in any way as the rest of the apartment was simply amazing and we could sit beside the window in the apartment to eat so that was fine. It was lovely! And even that small balcony was nice!

We stayed at Guest House SNG for a week (7 nights), in a double room with a balcony. The room is located on the 4th floor, in a new building, in a new neighborhood of Nessebar. Fortunately, the building has an elevator, so the fact that the room is on the 4th floor was not a problem.
The room has everything that appears in the description on booking.com: balcony with garden view, air conditioning, large LCD TV with satellite channels, private bathroom with towels, liquid soap and shampoo, refrigerator and a kitchenette with everything you need: electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, dishwashing materials, etc.
The area is quiet, as is the building where the room is located.
Wi-Fi works very well.
The only problem can be parking, but it is not a big problem, in the worst case you can find a parking space a little further away, anyway it is free, except for the places reserved and paid for by local residents.
The host, Mrs. Svetlana, was very kind and waited for us upon arrival. In the middle of our stay, she left us clean towels.
The distance to the nearest beach (South Nessebar) is approx. 1.2 km, and to Sunny Beach approx. 2 km. Further south, there are other good beaches, at Ravda and Aheloy. All of these are sandy beaches, with a gentle entrance to the water, suitable for all tastes and especially for children and those who do not know how to swim. Surprisingly, we found that they are cleaner beaches than many of the beaches in Greece, even if some are not arranged or supervised.
Nothing to complain about.
