The location is very good, well easy to reach the beach and the old center. We were travelling with a cat and they managed it more than great!

The Wi-Fi was very slow from our room

Location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff.

The property was very clean, had everything needed, including airconditioning, private bathroom and a fridge (in both rooms). The beds were very comfortable and big. Furthermore, there is a small elevator in case you need to carry have things to the room. The property also has a large garden terrace available, which is outfitted with a fridge, a stove and a play corner for kids. The staff are friendly (once they affirm you are their customers). The hotel is right at the main shopping street in the new town, so shere are multiple stores in the vicinity, including a supermarket and several places that sell food. There are two beaches, each at a 5 minute walk away. The old town is a 15-25 minutes walk away (depending on how fast you walk).

The fact that the owners of this property did not know we had a booking, because apparently they had tried to put the amount of available rooms to 0 on booking.com. This apparently did not work, so when we arrived we were lucky to even get a room. Not to mention that when we first called on arrival the answer to "Hello, we have a booking with you." was "Bullshit.". Glad that we could convince them to double check... Because of this mishap, we had to change rooms halfway our stay and in the second room there was no WIFI connection. There was no parking facility whatsoever and you need luck to get a parking spot anywhere nearby. Finally, the curtains do not darken the room, so you pretty much wake up with the first light.
