Great Location. Not too far from central - 10 to 15 min walk. Next door to and surrounded by a variety of entertainments- luxury designer shops, cinema, restaurants etc. The staff were so lovely. Good breakfast with options.

Location was excellent, Staff were friendly, Room had a slanting ceiling which was a problem as I am tall, Bathroom had a few issues with broken toilet flush and broken shower holder. Breakfast was fine , but did expect Tea and coffee making facilities in our room, but they were in the communal area, and apart from breakfast there was No milk.
The accommodation looks fab in the photographs, but the reality is it is in the loft, so our room, bathroom and main communal area had slanting ceilings. Also it said the rooms had city views, ours had a concrete wall?

This property is in an excellent location to be able to walk or take public transportation to the many sites of the city. It is on the top floor of a charming and typical Lisboa condo. The rooms are bright but there are no views out of the windows because of the outside building structure. It was a good value for the money. Staff were attentive and friendly.
Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was not working so it was not very comfortable for sleeping. This problem was specific to our room only and hopefully it has been repaired by now.

Great location, and clean
The responsiveness of the property is poor, when we arrived there was no one to check us in and we were stranded with no info for an hour. No one answered calls or texts. Also upon leaving the property I forgot an item, I went back to the property a few hours later and the staff didn’t answer the door, they also didn’t answer texts or calls.
