This property is in an excellent location to be able to walk or take public transportation to the many sites of the city. It is on the top floor of a charming and typical Lisboa condo. The rooms are bright but there are no views out of the windows because of the outside building structure. It was a good value for the money. Staff were attentive and friendly.
Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was not working so it was not very comfortable for sleeping. This problem was specific to our room only and hopefully it has been repaired by now.

Breakfast was good when provided. First morning there, no staff and no breakfast and no notice that it would not be provided
Let us know that you couldn’t provide the service and and maybe offer a discount or a breakfast alternative. A half day was wasted.

Great location, and clean
The responsiveness of the property is poor, when we arrived there was no one to check us in and we were stranded with no info for an hour. No one answered calls or texts. Also upon leaving the property I forgot an item, I went back to the property a few hours later and the staff didn’t answer the door, they also didn’t answer texts or calls.
