Η θέα και η τοποθεσία του καταλλύματος, πολυ φιλικό προσωπικο, ηρθε και μας πήρε από το λιμανι.
Δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε καθώς δεν υπήρχε καμια ηχομόνωση, συνεπώς οποιος εβγαινε το βραδυ και φώναζε μας ξυπναγε. Χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε αλλαγή στις πορτές.

I booked a room with a sea view and was disappointment when I was told I wouldn't be getting that. However, the room I got given was a studio which was bigger so that was nice to have. The studio room is really big and it's located in a quiet area away from the road, which is good because roadside hotels in Spetses are really noisy due to sounds of scooters and ATVs. The room was clean and had a mini kitchen with fridge. Shower was always warm if water heater turned on. Tasos picked me up from the port which was also nice and they were also a very friendly. They don't get into your business and just let you enjoy your stay.
The booking process was awful. They wouldn't accept payments via booking.com and only via international bank transfer which was a pain because you lose money on the exchange rate and transfer fee. Also, getting the correct bank details from them was a huge ordeal. They wouldn't send me their exact bank address (which my bank required) so I had to find it on Google and it often took them a long time to get back to my requests. Their English skills were also bad, meaning communication was sometimes a struggle. Luckily I speak Greek so I coped but it was still a hassle - God forbid you don't speak any Greek.
They need to adopt a modern payment method and learn better English for their customers. I can see they try hard but accept payment via Paypal at the very least!
