Przewspaniały kontakt z właścicielem! To nadrobiło wszystko. Lokalizacja - najlepsza z możliwych. Wszędzie bardzo blisko.
Niestety ogromny minus za wilgoć i grzyb w apartamencie. Jeżeli ktoś jest uczulony to myślę, że to będzie duży problem, aby tam się zatrzymać. Na suficie (szczególnie na górze) plamy z grzybem. Na dole też przy listwach przypodłogowych itp. Szkoda, bo właściciel i miejsce cudowne.
