We had an amazing stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it, especially for groups or multiple families traveling together. The house is beautifully designed to allow everyone to spend quality time together while still maintaining their own privacy — which made a huge difference for our trip.
The attention to detail was outstanding. Everything you might need was thoughtfully provided, from extra towels for the hot tub to cozy blankets for the outdoor areas. It really felt like the hosts anticipated guests’ needs in advance.
A special mention goes to the admin, Alex, who was fantastic throughout our stay. He was always available, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. We would gladly return!
If there is one area for improvement, it would be the beds, which were a bit on the hard side for our preference. Additionally, the oven and sauna could use some adjustment, as they didn’t heat quite enough.

Villa Chalet Everest absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had a very big apartment with a stunning view of the mountain. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had a fireplace which created a very romantic atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable too.
The chalet has this great outdoor water basin which is filled with natural thermal water - it is fantastic! We spent a lot of time in the ‘bucket’ (as we called it) - you can see the pictures - they are very realistic and will give you an idea. In addition, if you want to go to the SPA, just make sure to pre-book in any of the spa hotels nearby.
In addition, our host was very nice and accommodating. He waited for us at arrival, made sure that we are happy with everything and was available to contact at all times if we needed anything.
Even though Villa Chalet Everest doesn’t have a restaurant, there are good options in both Banya and Bansko. We went every evening to have dinner at Restaurant Kristina which was 15 min walking and offered excellent food; you just need a reservation because it is a small restaurant. Also, you can always order food to Villa Chalet Everest, the host provided the necessary menu and contacts, but we preferred to go out for dinner.
