Viel Potential, schlechte Sauberkeit

Die Unterkunft liegt neben anderen Ferienwohnungen auf der Nordsee-Insel Rømø. Das Haus ist sehr groß, hat einen Garten sowie eine Sauna und einen kleinen Whirlpool.

Auch wenn wir in der Vorsaison da waren, ist die Sauberkeit negativ aufgefallen. Im Schlafzimmer hingen lange Spinnenweben, diverse Tassen und Teller im Schrank waren dreckig und an den Rollos waren zerquetschte Insekten zu finden. Im Badezimmer oben fehlte die Abdeckung der Abluft, weshalb Kabel direkt mit dem Wasser in Berührung kämen, würde man die Dusche benutzen. Ein Mitarbeiter von Novasol kam vorbei, dass passe so. Eine Abdeckung wolle man bestellen, davon gehört haben wir den Rest der Reise nichts mehr. Im unteren Badezimmer war die Abluft voller Staub, der bei Benutzung in Fäden heruntergefallen ist. Außerdem war der Ascheeimer, der für die Entsorgung wichtig ist voll mit alter Asche, die vom Regen zu einem Brei wurde… erneuter Anruf bei Novasol, ist dann so, kann man nix machen. Für den Preis ist der Service sowie die Sauberkeit nicht verhältnismäßig.
