A Gem in the Heart of Umag

Our stay at this charming apartment in Umag exceeded all expectations. Nestled right in the heart of the town, the location could not have been more perfect, offering us easy access to local attractions, yet providing a tranquil retreat to unwind. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, with their helpfulness being one of the highlights of our trip. The cleanliness of the apartment, including all bedrooms and bathrooms, was impeccable, making it a pleasant and welcoming space. But the true jewel in the crown of this property is the large window in the dining room. It created a spacious, airy atmosphere that brought the city right into our living space. We enjoyed leaning over it, admiring the cityscape and soaking in the vibrant local life. This unique feature added an extra charm to our stay, making it a memorable experience. In conclusion, if you're looking for an exceptional stay in Umag, this apartment should be your first choice. It truly is a hidden gem.

Location was great for a travelling couple. Right in the centre of a small town, close to the square where all the shops and bars and events were. For family with kids the nice beaches were too far to walk and we had to take a car every day.

We liked location and newly furnished apartment. Big bonus was a card that got us in and out of parking garage, that is 60m away from apartment building, for free. The owner was really nice and understanding. We'll be back.

Sea view from balcony. Everything new in apartment. Pleasant owner. Parking nearby. Everything close to reach. Large TV with smart.

Only thing that town wake up early and if you want to sleep longer you should close window. But conditioning is good. If internet connection law just reload WiFi router.

Everything was tip-top. The host was very friendly and speaks fluent English. The apartment was well furnitured and equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located close to a beautiful small square where you can have a dessert in a local cafe. The bed was very comfy and the views from both sides of the apartment were nice.

First-class accommodation in the centre of Umag

We received a warm and professional welcome and the apartment was just amazing, fully equipped and with a beautiful view of the sea. There was even a washing machine and a dishwasher. We only stayed one night but we appreciated the location in the city centre and we really enjoyed a drink on the balcony with the nighlife buzz on the seaside promenade. Plus I haven't slept in such a comfortable bed in a while -)

The only drawback was a very low water pressure in the shower -it is probably due to some water saving device but it was a bit annoying when you want to take a proper shower after a day on the beach.

Pleasant stay - strongly recommended

-fully equipped and very clean apartment. -located in the city-center close to the shops, bakeries and restaurants. -Ivan, the host, was very hospitable and took lot of effort to make our stay in Riva as pleasant as possible. -underground parking

The sandy beach is not that close, but there are other beaches in walking distance, usually with paved shore. We preferred sandy one as we were there with little kid and carried lots of stuff with us. But, for the couples or families with grown children it should be not a problem even to walk to sandy beach if they like to walk/move ( cca 15 min).

Probably the best mattress I ever slept on in a hotel/apartment. Even though Centar is right in front of the window, isolation is great so you do not hear anything.
