Bike trip in Livigno

Very friendly and helpful host, very good location in a quiet part of Livigno, the accommodation was spacious and met our requirements for separated rooms for sleeping. The room and kitchen facilities were fully adequate for our needs. We didn't hear the sounds from the pastry shop downstairs. We used the accommodation for a bike trip and will be back again.

Maybe just an atypical toilet flush, nothing else.

Bakery was a nice addition to our holiday as our 2 girls were jumping out of bed to get their delicious fresh croissants in the morning. Pistachio ones were the winners. Their friendly dog Fluke 🐕 was another happy addition to this place. It is lovely clean place

We had a room right above bakery which was a bit noisy. We woke up every early morning when they started mixing dough, working downstairs but fell asleep again. The taste and smell of freshly baked pastries made up for it.

We had a great stay. Thank you the family, you are great hosts. Only remark is about the noise. The group who was staying above us was very noisy every night around midnight. no worries, this is unlucky as you can't do anything about it. We will come back

Location , its really comfortable. Owner was very friendly and the staff. Location was very calm. Me and my family and friends enjoyed lot. Hope to visit again.

A perfect ski holliday in just the right place!

The hosts were really friendly. The apartment is well thought and equipped with all you need for a week away from home. The pastry shop was a great addition - you wake up in the morning with the smell of fresh croissants! Smells like Christmas evening all the time. Close to some nice restaurants and some grocery stores. The ski buss station is right in front. Highly recommended!

We were supprised with home bakery in the same house with wonderful products, perfect prices. Private parking. Accomoditation ok, perfect for our purpose - bike trip. Wonderfull housekeepers, lovely dog Fluk :)

Fijn appartement voor een gezin!

De gastheer was erg vriendelijk en alles was aanwezig. Het was ook fijn dat er een zaakje beneden zat waar we iets konden drinken. De gebakjes waren heerlijk daar. De wasmachine heeft goed gediend.

De bedden waren hard. Dat zijn we niet gewend, maar uiteindelijk was dat ook niet zo erg. Het is wat verouderd, maar dat vonden we prima.

Net aan voldoende

De wifi was goed, het was altijd lekker warm en de temperatuur van het kraanwater was goed. Personeel was erg vriendelijk.

De douche kon je niet gebruiken zonder dat de hele badkamer nat werd, het bidet was stuk, je rook af en toe het riool en te weinig zitplaatsen voor 6 personen omdat de bank gebruikt werd als bed.
