This adorable apartment is clean and spacious. The two air conditioning units keep the temperature comfortable, a must for the top floor of a building in Barcelona summers. The outdoor balcony area is a lovely addition and a great place to enjoy a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen makes it possible to cook meals at "home". The L3 metro line is a block and a half away, and Park Guell and Casa Vicens are walking distance. Bakeries, fruit markets, pharmacies, grocery, and hardware stores line the busy street below, and the area seems to belong more to locals than tourists. The host is very accommodating and responsive.

The layout is a bit awkward with steps to a raised sitting/dining area. The bedroom is separated from this area with curtains and contains a pull-out futon that needs to be put away in order to have access to the other sleeping area, which is essentially a shed connected to the apartment by a sliding glass door. This area is surrounded by (curtained) windows, and is a more dramatic and private room, yet contains only a single bed. The outdoor furniture is not comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom could be better stocked with essentials. There is a lot of street noise, which might not be for everyone, and the architecture of the immediate neighborhood is not charming.

We loved our stay here! We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days and it was so perfect. It is only a few minute walk from the metro making it really easy to get around the city. It also had a supermarket next door as well as a nice bakery. The apartment itself was so homely and the terrace was amazing - it got so much sun in the afternoon/evening. It was also really well equipped we had everything we needed to make meals. The bed was comfy too! Belen the host was very useful in answering questions and left a little gift for us which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to people.

Location is great. Loved the view. Local to amenities and transport links. Clean and tidy. Cute bath 🛀 lovely sociable dining area. Great size terrace. Plenty of storage.

The property was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The only small things worth mentioning are that we would have loved to have a kettle (there was only a large saucepan for boiling water) and a few extra teaspoons. The single room was also a little noisy due to traffic from the main road, but it didn’t spoil our stay as we still slept well overall.

Szybsze zameldowanie. Sprawna komunikacja sms z właścicielem. Blisko metro, autobusy, liczne sklepy i restauracje. Kanapy wygodne szerokie, duża ilość szaf i szuflad na ubrania. Kuchnia - wystarczająca ilość sztućców, talerzy itp. Taras- przestronny, miękka sztuczna trawa na podłodze. Klimatyzacja.

Nie ma elektrycznego ekspresu do kawy jest tylko kawiarka do parzenia kawy którą stawia się na płycie grzejnej, brak czajnika czy to zwykłego czy elektrycznego. Wodę na herbatę gotowaliśmy w garnku. Mocno irytująco skrzypiąca podłoga, schody z dwóch stron salonu. Brak oświetlenia nad wanną Konieczność codziennego wyciągania i chowania łóżka. Brak oświetlenia w części apartamentu z szafami. Na tarasie drewniane niewygodne skrzynki do siedzenia. Połamane foteliki i zardzewiała suszarka do prania na tarasie ,przesuwające się niebezpiecznie na śliskiej podłodze kanapy, opisywali to już poprzedni goście, niestety właściciele nic z tym nie zrobili !!! Ogólny komfort i standard apartamentu oceniam w skali 1-10 na max 5. Ale wrażenia z pięknej Barcelony pozwoliły nam (para 60 latówków)znieść wszelkie niedogodności. Na dłuższy pobyt raczej bym się nie zdecydował.
