Everything was fine would go back again.

The location is perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The SPA is closing too early, the breakfast could be a little bit more varied and more international as mainly was loaded with pastries.

Awesome hotel to stay, good location, new and clean rooms, loved our stay and would definitely go back.

Only negative note: not much parking space, easy to be without a parking spot.

Fine Luglio 2025... consigliatissimo

Ottima struttura in ottima posizione (proprio di fronte alla cabinovia che porta in cima al Paganella e a due passi dal centro). Camere ampie, accoglienti e ben pulite. Ristorante di alta qualità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Struttura che ti dà diritto alla Paganella Guest Card che ti permette di avere sconti sui servizi nel comprensorio della Paganella e i bus gratuiti.

Staff, colazione e zona relax/spa al TOP, veramente un Hotel che rispetta le 4 stelle che ha. Le camere sono curate, spaziose... Insomma han tutto quello che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle. L´Hotel non delude le aspettative. A volte si pensa che un 4 stelle magari possa non essere adatto alle famiglie e invece qui ci si sente come a casa. La posizione e´ ottima, vicino a tutto: centro, impianti di risalita, tutto raggiungibile con 5/10 minuti a piedi. Il punto piu´ distante e´ la zona Andalo Life che comunque, a piedi, si raggiunge in 15 minuti. Questo Hotel lo consigliero´ ad amici sia con che senza figli.

Camera accogliente, pulita e spaziosa. Cucina ottima, presente anche menù per i bimbi ma sono disponibili anche a variazioni su richiesta. Posizione perfetta davanti agli impianti di risalita del Dosson..

Purtroppo l'acquisto tramite booking non dà accesso alla piscina e alla spa che sono acquistabili a 15 euro al giorno a persona. Ci abbiamo rinunciato... Optando per una giornata alla piscina di Andalo che ha ha scivoli per bimbi e accesso alla spa con un biglietto aggiuntivo...
