Clean and well located

The breakfast was OK, but limited. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were excellent.

The hotel is clean and friendly, they are not set up for those who do not know the language explicitly. The staff are helpful and try to help as much as they can.

Nice one but could do better

The location, the area around, free parking, skibus to ski lifts, but still in walking distance.

I book the hotel with expectation i can use the pool and wellness anytime amd was suprised when it was limited to hour a day and reservation. Its not a major issue in the end but it would be fair to know about it before i arrive. Breakfast was missing vegetable.

Facilities and price

Room wasn't cleaned as well as it could be during my stay, but was acceptable. A bit of a walk to the lifts, but the bus stopped right outside

A good place for an overnight stay, but a bit pricey with such a poor breakfast.

The location was really good, most of the staff were very helpful. Really good drought beer and local wine in the bar.

Very old rooms, with outdated furniture and curtains… No eggs or hot sausages for breakfast, and no vegetables at all!

I really enjoyed the food at breakfast, there were a lot of options. The location is perfect. The room was always clean.

Breakfast time, it is too short, specially for the people that are on holidays! I had a problem with the cleaning lady that they entered my room 3 times 7:15/7:45/8:00 it was really unpleasant! And the hotel close at 12:00 ( too early )

Good location, large bedroom and modern bathroom. Clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Mattress was very hard and a lot of noise from evening entertainment and adjoining rooms. Not recommended for a tranquil stay. Best for families with young children or elderly, not recommended for couples looking for relaxing stay.

Krótki wypad na narty.

Pokoje czyste, duży balkon. Doskonały bar. Śniadania bardziej w klimacie włoskim, ale mi to odpowiada.

Pokoje trochę słabo wygłuszone (słychać co dzieje się za ścianą). Mikro prysznic, trochę to uciążliwe. Organizacja SPA trochę zakręcona. Szczególnie rezerwacje miejsca w SPA i ograniczona liczba. Nie starcza dla wszystkich gości.. Nie zawsze udało się skorzystać.

Gran bel soggiorno, personale sempre eccezionale, hotel è molto accogliente

Camera arredata di recente, bei mobili, spaziosa e con una vista eccezionale sulle montagne. La colazione è sempre stata ottima, ad ogni ora abbiamo trovato tutto quello che volevamo. Dolci buonissimi, salati sempre abbondanti e variegati (bacon ottimo). Bella piscina, con ingresso regolamentato. Diverse zone di idromassaggio nella piscina principale, più piscina separata solo per idromassaggio.

La posizione non è ottimale. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, ma il ritorno è in salita e con il passeggino è una bella scarpinata. L'acqua della piscina principale a volte era un po' troppo fredda per un bambino piccolo.

Wspaniały pobyt

W hotelu jest bardzo czysto, sprzątane codziennie. Obsługa zawsze uśmiechnięta i miła mimo niewielkiej bariery językowej. W hotelu dostępny basen co ważne trzeba wypożyczyć szlafrok - nie wiedzieliśmy o tym wcześniej (na basenie nie ma szafek). Sala zabaw dla dzieci - oczywiście opiekun nie zna polskiego, ale córka bawiła się świetnie nic nie rozumiejąc :). Śniadania na prawdę są obfite, pewnie że codziennie podobne, ale każdego dnia zjecie coś innego .. Bardzo polecamy

Troszkę brakuje takiej informacji o basenie i sali zabaw w pokoju- ale obsługa hotelowa wszystko nadrobiła. Dlatego na wyjazd narciarski hotel jest idealny !

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro paese o gli impianti; scorciatoia che poco fuori dall’hotel ti collega al parcheggio autobus dell’Andalo Life; Ottimi servizi interni: centro benessere, minimarket con beni di prima necessità in caso di dimenticanza (bagnoschiuma, spazzolini da denti, dentifricio, ecc), ampio parcheggio e deposito bici interno.

La strada di ritorno in hotel dal centro paese è tutta in salita (davanti all’hotel c’è comunque una fermata dei bus urbani)

Lo staff accogliente, disponibile, ti fa sentire coccolato. Tutti gentili a partire dalla sig.ra Nicoletta alla reception. L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione che ti porta a raggiungere in breve tempo.il centro del.paese, le fermate dei bus, la cabinovia. La colazione ottima. Prodotti freschi, ben serviti e diversificata. Il personale sempre pronto ad esaudire le richieste. Eccezionale
