Was tidy and spacious property with really nice rooms and bathrooms, so the photos are no misleading. It provided most of the essentials you would typically need for a short trip. Plus, they had some nice facilities and amenities, which was great. Friendly staff too. Bargin!

No real complaints, the location is probably the biggest caveat here, and that isn’t too bad either.

The property was clean, safe, and well maintained. I especially enjoyed the beautiful communal kitchen and lounge area, which were modern, spacious, and welcoming. The overall environment was pleasant, and I appreciated how neat and secure the property was throughout my stay.

I booked this property four days in advance; a double room and, during the booking process, I was given the option to choose between one large double bed or two single beds. I selected the two single beds, but I would not have minded a large double bed. My disappointment was that the room we received did not match the room I had booked. When I enquired about this, the staff member informed me that she had only received my booking details the day before our arrival. She did kindly offer to show us another room but she explained that it was not nice, so we decided to remain in the room originally shown to us. Unfortunately, the room was much smaller than expected for two adults, and the bathroom and shower were extremely cramped. The shower head was also not functioning properly, with water coming out of only a few of the spray holes while some leaked from the side of the shower head, resulting in poor water pressure and an uncomfortable shower experience. Considering that I paid nearly R1,000 for a one-night stay, I expected a more spacious and comfortable room that matched my booking.
