It's for second to struggle with breakfast due to..... I really don't know..... its sooo embarrassing being at restaurant n being denied to eat due to ur poor service.

It was exactly what you would expect from a normal 3-star hotel — nothing fancy, but fair for the rating. My only real complaint was that the previous guests in room 311 boiled cloves in the kettle, so I had to clean it before I could use it. Also, the guests in room 353 kept phoning my room and hanging up when I answered, which was a bit strange. Other than the odd guests, I cannot really complain.

Firstly staff from reception were not welcoming they scolded us when we take a rest on one of the lounge on 1st floor saying we are not allowed to sit there. An aircorn in my room was not working you need to do uplifting. Asked for double bed was given two single beds instead. No refrigerator I had to throw away my provision due the condition it was in , no microwave when I asked warm my food and milk was told to go restaurant and I must pay for the service.i didn't enjoy my 2 night stay at all.Breakfast was out of this world the staff there was welcoming. friendly and helpful.
