Zachowanie personelu, po przyjeździe Pani twierdziła, że można nocować tylko od 2 nocy, że nie ma takich pokoi, że sprzątanie kosztuje... dyskusja trwała naprawdę długo. potem już Pani właścicielka była mila, ale wymagało to dużo cierpliwości od nas. Usłyszałam nawet, po moim pytaniu że chcemy zobaczyć pokoje, że my Polacy to jesteśmy śmieszni.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, a hölgy nagyon kedves, magyarul kommunikált velünk, a szoba emlékeztetett a nagyszüleimére, kellemes emléket idézett. Ilyen kényelmes matrachoz évek óta nem volt szerencsém. Az erkélyről a csúcsokra lehet látni. Eredetileg poprádi szállásra gondoltam, óriási szerencse hogy rá találtam a Slalomra, ahonnan pár lépés a vasút, közel van a buszállomás ahova a FlixBus direct járatával érkeztünk Budapestről.

Doskonale położenie pensjonatu- blisko i kolejka linowa i pociąg. Bardzo ciekawe muzeum narciarskie i liczne restaurację. Pokoj z łazienką i tarasem byl dobrym miejscem po calodziennych wędrówkach.

Miałam pokoj od strony drogi . Ruch samochodów wczesnym rankiem wybudzał mnie.

Disappointing experience despite great location The receptionist (possibly the manager) behaved unprofessionally and made inappropriate nationalistic comments, wrongly calling our family Ukrainians and saying there are “problems with Ukrainians”. We are not from Ukraine and caused no issues – such remarks were unacceptable. Breakfast was very poor and extremely limited, despite being priced at a level comparable to a 5-star hotel. Payment was accepted cash only, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra effort to withdraw money. The location is excellent, the town is lovely, and the ski resort is small but convenient. Unfortunately, good surroundings do not make up for poor service and unacceptable behaviour. Not recommended.
