Friendly, helpful staff. There was a nice bar downstairs with some decent wines and beers. The restaurant had pretty good food at reasonable prices.

Was a nice hotel good value for money Spa downstairs was good considering what you pay to use it.

There was not any one at reception had to keep calling the phone number And kept finding random hairs about the room and in the bedding that weren’t ours

Hotel location is very near to train station.

1) The kitchenette setup and overall organization were quite poor. Power cables were exposed and running through the area, and the kitchenette itself was very small. 2) The bathroom was too small, and the washbasin was extremely compact, making it difficult to use comfortably. 3) No cleaning service was provided during our four-night stay, which was unexpected for a hotel. 4) There was no phone available in the apartment, and the reception was only staffed during limited daytime hours. On one occasion, the main door was locked, leaving me unable to access my apartment. Fortunately, we were able to get assistance from restaurant staff who were about to close.
