Clean and comfortable. Only problem was bottom bunk beds were little uncomfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with clean Kitchen wares. Little small camp for the family but nice and clean

It is a big camping site. Clean and beautiful chalets, good activities to do around. Staff and emergency number were prompt and helpful.

Heating water in shower/kitchen issue was there, delayed our departure. Salt and pepper were not there, more coffee/tea/sugar etc would be better.

It was spacious and very comfy beds. It was also equipped with everything we needed.

The chair bench caught my leggings and ripped them a bit.

The place is nice. When we asked for help, they where very helpful. Because we had several issues during our stay, possibly caused by the inexperience of new owners, they gave us a discount voucher for any further visit.

Man who went to show us the chalet could not speak English nor French and did not know anything about it anyway. We booked a chalet with two 2-person beds and our friends a chalet with one 2-person bed and 2 1-person beds but the two chalets were actually identical. There was one set of pillow+blanket+sheets missing but when we found out before 8 pm there was nobody in the office or on phone to help us.
