A nice family-friendly place

we loved the option to visit the nearby pool complex for 3 hours. unfortunately, there was no entertainment for children during winter holidays. the hotel is well positioned for visiting the area.

The house could've been cleaner or the fact that it is well used had a sense of it being dirtier than it was. The restaurant on sight was of an ok quality but nothing special. More convenient.

Nice stay

The location is great. A lot of nice things nearby if you have a car. The house was very clean. Friendly staff.

The walls are very thin. So you can hear all the neighbours. You don't get towels provided. Only bed sheets. This wasn't in the information mail. The reception closes at 18.00 and when we arrived at 18.10 It took us forever to find any contact information to get us checked in. The check in times in the email said check in between 15.00 - 00.00.

Nice place, very natural and a lot of space for children to play. Cozy houses, well heated, that was really good. Quite territory, many parking lots.

Just be aware that 2-floors houses have very steep stairs, may be a problem for families with small children.

This is a fraud property, they stole my money. Recommend to stay away from that place.

Total disappointment

My problems in that property started after arrival. In the booking I declared late check-in at 9PM. I had difficulty to get in cause reception is working only till 6PM and they start at 9AM. Property informed that information about my late check-in was passed to booking.com not to them (hmm...interesting, I made reservation via booking.com, so where I should pass it?) I left early on the next day and I received a message from the property that I am not behaving properly, cause I did not pay the 150 euro deposit (I need to mention that I paid 626 euro for 10 night is advance) and my room is messy, as a proof they entered the room and took pictures of my unpacked belongings. I paid deposit on the next day and I thought that misunderstanding is clarified. The day after they told me in the morning that there are complains from the neighbours about the noise (interesting cause nobody informed me about it, what is more we were sleeping at 10.30PM) so certainly this was not true and they asked me to leave the property. I did not feel welcome there and I left the property. Apartment was left in perfect condition, I got 150 euro deposit back. They told me that I am going to get a money back from booking.com cause I paid to booking.com not to them. After a week, followed by several messages from my site hotel told me that they will not return my money cause I violated hotel rules and they have the right to keep my money. I asked booking.com for support and refund for the nights paid in advanced and they told me that the payment was made directly made with the property and they can only ask them to return my money... After several phone calls with booking they told me that hotel is not answering to their request. They assured me that they will report this property to they risk assessment team and am still waiting for the refund... If you want to turn your stay into a nightmare this is a great place to stay.

Dissapointing.

The service

The appartment was WAY too small according to the pictures. A toilet right next to the kitchen with only a gyproc wall between them is absolutely awfull. Accoustics are terrible, you can hear someone breathing from the room above to the room below. You can literally hear the neighbours waking up...

EXTREMLY poor service. Our plans was change it and we travel with our 2 years old child(was not planet).When we check out they told us to the baby will be charge extra 70 euro, and at same time for larger room with extra bed for adult(we don’t need extra bed,our baby sleep with us),they charge 30 euro.So for them to have a small child and to stay in smaller accommodation cost more then to be in double larger accommodation with extra adult.They didn’t told us in the begin they told us that on check out,and just told us to will collect 70 euro for baby from the deposit.And to pay the deposit cash and to wait few weeks,long time after you go it’s not correct-for me pay the deposit cash and after that we will refund you some part look like they try to avoid taxes-my personal opinion .

It was adequate

The accomodation was nice and the staff was very friendly. The furniture was comfortable and was in good condition. There was enough space the park our car.

If you are somewhat tall then it won't be as comfortable. The houses are also very noisy. You can hear people talk, walking and moving furniture a lot in the early morning and late evening which is very loud. It also sounded like someone was on the roof which made sleeping difficult at times. The fridge was clean but smelled horrible so we didn't use it. The kitchen seemed lacking some stuff such as soup bowls.

The second bedroom is tiny. you hit your head on the roof while in bed as it slopes so steeply.

Superb

Comfortable studio type C with everything you need! The property has a lot of things to do around like mountain biking (you can rent bikes there), also is located right in the forest where you can go for beautiful walking and hiking and even better there is swimming pools that you can enjoy and relax all day for free.

The rooms upstairs need to be a little more cleaned from dusty below the bed. Had a bit of allergy! I did not find information if I could bbq or not in the website, so I did not bring my bbq but actually is possible to bbq, so I would suggest you bring yours. No AC, so if warm weather bring your vent/AC.

Nice cosy houses for a get-away

The house was nice and clean and the kitchen well equipped. The living room was quite spacious. It has a very nice park in the woods near the houses and a big swimming pool , that we didn't visit though due to COVID-19.

The rooms are rather small and the stairs are quite steep. When we arrived the heat was off. In the middle of the winter it was quite cold so maybe they should have thought to prepare the house in advance.

1. De geluid van de buren, de eerste nacht kon mijn kinderen niet kan slapen ivm dat de geluiden hoorde van de buren links rond rond 3 uur s'nacht. Het kan zijn omdat de muur gehorig is en bij de 2 nacht horen van boven kamer geschuif van de bedden of meubel dat ik zelf wakker van geworden. 2. Bij de badkamer boven onder de wastafel lek water (onder de wastafel) als je de wastafel gebruikt.

Super gut gelegene Anlage. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr ansprechend und für ein kurzen Wochenendetrip optimal geeignet.

Die Räume im Erdgeschoss waren nicht richtig warm zu bekommen. Das Duschwasser reichte nicht für alle warm zu duschen.

Ligging, personeel. Zeer vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Vooral brasserie zeer vriendelijk.

Appartement type D , niet bestemd voor 4 volwassenen. 2 de slaapkamer piepklein. In beschrijving honden toegestaan, moet er sowieso bijstaan: afhankelijk van type appartement. 2e hondje kon niet mee.

Es gibt ein "sehr gut" !

Das Preis-Leidtungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Man kann direkt zum Wandern losgehen. Zur City sind wir bis zum Gare Colmar Berg mit dem Auto gefahren & dann mit der kostenlosen Bahn noch 20 m. Alles hat toll geklappt, das Personal ist toll !

Die Unterkunft selbst entspricht dem Preis, war sehr sauber & sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war auch herrlich sehr geschmackvoll weihnachtlich geschmückt. Negativ: Das Gepäck muss leider einige Meter geschleppt werden, da man mit den Auto nicht direkt vor das Haus fahren kann

Si seulement c'était insonorisé et que les accès piscines étaient individualisés...

L'emplacement, la proximité de la piscine

Les chambres sont vraiment exiguës et l'insonorisation entre les pieces en ce compris les logements voisins est déplorable. Un ronfleur, une chasse d'eau... tout s'entend ! Pour l'accès a la piscine, c'est 3h pour toute la famille... mais ensemble ! Pas chacun quand il en a envie.
