Die Lage ist besonders schön. Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig und das Haus hat direkt einen großen Garten zum Grillen und einen Spielplatz für Kinder integriert. Zudem gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Mosel und zu Trier waren der Hauptgrund für uns dorthin zu reisen. Eine Stadtführung durch Trier, eine Wanderung durch die Teufelsschlucht, Besuch des Dino Parks (für Kinder) oder eine Tour über die verschiedenen Weingüter. Ein perfektes Ausflugsziel für die ganze Familie.
Das Internet ist auf Grund der Tallage etwas sporadisch. Also weniger Netflix und mehr Natur ;-) Für Gäste die ggf. noch Homeoffice nebenbei haben könnte dies jedoch schwierig werden.
