👍🏻 Several grocery stores nearby and walking distance to downtown Rethymno
🤷🏻 Breakfast was OK, but a bit basic
🤷🏻 The seaview was obstructed by a construction site
- The shower in the bathroom tended to overflow
- The window in the bathroom wasn't covered by a mosquito net so insects would come in when the window was open (which was necessary due to the moist)
- Not the hotel's fault of course, but the nearest access point to the beach smelled due to a nearby sewage system of some kind

This hotel and the owners are lovely. It is the best hotel I have been so far in Greece. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness. We will come back for sure! Good luck with building the new appartments.

We didn’t have an iron in the apartment at first. However, we asked at reception and Despina kindly gave us the iron by the end of our holiday.

Excellent apartment, great staff, very friendly. Pool was amazing. Location was good and as we expected. Parking easy right outside. Some nice restaurants within walking distance. Overall a very good stay and value for money.
The balcony overlooked a building site and was noisy with banging early in the morning (I believe it is related to the hotel and we were told work would not start until November). It also received no sun due to its position. Air conditioning was so noisy it was not really useable, although wasn’t too hot at night with it being October. These things did not spoil our stay though.
