I like the garden of the B&B Villa, it was very green and also Roberto was a very nice host, he was very caring and gentle. He picked me up and also drove me to the train station. The Carrara-Avena train station is 5 minutes by car and 26 mins by walk. Actually, I wanted to take a taxi or Uber but there was not.
The building doesn't have enough sound isolation in general.
I do not suggest it to solo travelers because at night the road from the Carrara Marina to the B&B Villa is a bit desolate also I didn't feel comfortable in the Carrara Area because for me it was too melancholic so I checked out a day before.
