Really lovely owners, good location, great breakfast!

Nice size room, really warm welcome, safe parking and lovely breakfast. 500metres to the beach. Try restaurant MaDa on the beach, lovely and very reasonable price.

We were on the ground floor, some people left early and the front door was quite noisy when they left. Very minor issue and only happened one day.

charming b&b

The owners are a lovely couple that try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very welcoming and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and the free beach is only about 10 minutes away (walking). It was a lovely stay.

The owners only speak a tiny bit of English which made communication a little hard. The room was a little noisy as it was close to the dining room. Breakfast would be better with a little variety of bread and fresh fruit, otherwise it was good. The internet was often unstable.

Great place to stay, amazing hosts

The hosts are great, they are extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, anything from fresh pastry to a toasted sandwich. Parking is superconvenient inside the private garden. Rooms were very spacious. Beach is a leisurely 12 mins walk away, highly recommended

The internet was not the most stable one.

Schöne Tage

Gianna und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zeitlich unbegrenzt konnte man sich an der Teeküche mit Wasser, Kaffe usw. bedienen und das Frühstück war italienisch. Die Parkplätze waren im abgeschlossen Garten. Den öffentlichen Strand erreichte man fussläufig in 10 Minuten. Die Strandsaison endet am 30. September. Man dann dann noch durch die öffentlichen Zugänge an den Strand ansonsten gibt es nichts mehr z.B. Liegen oder Sonnenschirme etc. Außerdem sind viele Lokale schon geschlossen.

Um oásis entre Pisa e Genova.

A hospedagem é num lindo casarão com cerca de 500 m². Gianna e Luciano, muito simpáticos e atenciosos, deram ótimas dicas sobre restaurantes e visitas às minas de extração do mármore (de Carrara), mundialmente famoso. As comodidades da cozinha/refeitório ficaram a nossa disposição, desde nossa chegada à hospedaria (éramos os únicos hospedes). Café da manhã nota 8; sem suco natural, porém farto.

O mapa do Booking não nos levou diretamente à hospedagem; tivemos que utilizar nossos conhecimentos de cartografia. Não se deve entrar na viela apertadíssima indicada (erroneamente) no mapa. Deve-se seguir adiante, observando os números das casas, na via que consta no endereço, até encontrar o "casarão".

Bellissimo alloggio gestito da persone gentilissime

Il b&b è bellissimo e i proprietari sono veramente gentilissimi. La cura e la cortesia dei proprietari fanno veramente la differenza rispetto ad altri hotel. Sono molto disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutare. La colazione è molto buona e ci sono sempre brioches e paste fresche. La camera viene pulita e risistemata tutti i giorni.

Ottimo soggiorno

La signora Gianna è un'ottima padrona di casa, ci ha accolto con calore nel bellissimo giardino/ingresso di questa struttura. La camera era molto grande, bagno ampio e con tutto il necessario. Siamo stati solo una notte ma ci sarebbe piaciuto stare anche di più.

La scelta sul dolce fresco a colazione poteva essere leggermente più ampia. Poca cosa comunque, non influisce troppo sul giudizio sicuramente molto positivo.
