Very poor quality, crazy expensive, noisy, dirty.

Nothing much

The room was small and dirty, especially the windows with a lot of old dirt like bird poop, insects etc. The facility was old and run down, on the first day breakfast was poor, in a dirty bar, they provided only coffee, one kind of pastry and some plain yoghurt. They provided a beach lounger but no beach towels so we had to use our room ones that were not going to be changed during our stay. Both nights were extremely noisy with a club nearby, which was not signalled at booking, so we did not sleep much. Incredibly pricey for very poor quality.

We received a very warm welcome. The beach was very clean as well as the total location. The breakfast was typically Italian. We had the entire facility to ourselves, as we were there at the beginning of the session.

The B&B is part of a typical bathing establishment. Of course, this has the advantage that you are right on the beach. However, we got the impression that the owners were irritated by our presence, which made us feel a bit out of place.

It is right on the beach and is exceptional for a beach vacation. The breakfast was also very good and the room was silent, dark and clean.

It is difficult to get an internet connection. The WiFi didn't work well (which can either be a blessing or a nightmare depending on your vacation).

Little oasis of peace, with the marble mountains in the background

The b&b is actually a little oasis of peace, with its beautiful and well kept garden, nice private beach, a little beach bar with great food and very friendly staff. Since there are only few rooms, breakfast time is very cosy, as you are almost alone, depending on the time you go there. Breakfast is served in the beach bar, so you have a beautiful view to the beach. Most of the chairs on the private beach are reserved by locals (the ones for the b&b are in the last row), so it makes for a great experience, since you really feel on vacation, in the middle of local life, unlike in many other tourist resorts where you are sometimes surrounded by people from your own country. It makes your vacation so much more authentic. We had a very relaxing stay here and everything was very nice,

Price is maybe a little high, but I guess in other places it might seem lower because you pay for some things (beach chairs, parking etc.) separately. I assume here they decided to include everything in the room price, so this way you have less hassle, Unfortunately, our last day coincided with the National Day, so there was loud music somewhere nearby and I couldn't sleep very well, which was quite stressful, since I had to drive the next day.

im sorry to say but I really disappointed to the staff because they dont know how to accomodate to there guest and the property is bed and breakfast and you pay around 140euro but there is no breakfast included im totally disappointed because they dont know how to communicate well.

Nice for being so close to the beach

Very friendly staff!

Slightly too expensive, in my opinion. You mainly pay the premium for having beach access as you wake up. There isn't any view from the room.

Our stay

Great location with private beach; the ability to take surf lessons directly next to our accommodation; the staff responsible for the breakfast was outstanding (especially the young woman!!). Guiseppe, the owner of the restaurant in front of the B2B offers outstanding dishes and was incredible helpful (vegan options, takeaway)

Nearly everyone solely spoke Italian. We sent an E mail regarding my vegan diet but the owners/secretary did not manage to transmit the information further to the ladies responsible for the breakfast. The staff made us feel welcome but the owners rather seemed uninterested in us as their guests.

Ottima struttura

Stanza accogliente, pulita con tutti i confort. Posizione sulla spiaggia, nella struttura del lido a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio privato. Silenziosa e tranquilla, complice anche la bassa stagione. Comunicazione con lo staff eccellente. Da tornarci in primavera/estate, deve essere stupendo

Estetica, accoglienza, colori, pulizia, riscaldamento

Mi é piaciuto tutto, l’unica cosa: prodotti doccia. abituati a un minimo di presenza di prodotti per lavarsi presenti in tutte le strutture ( saponetta / shampoo e simili ) non ne abbiamo portato, ci siamo comunque arrangiati con una saponetta per le mani. Questo é solo un piccolo appunto, non vuole essere una nota negativa! il voto rimane 10/10

Abominevole

Niente in assoluto

Premesso che, se impiego il mio tempo per fare una recensione, mi piace farlo solo quando mi trovo particolarmente bene, tanto da voler ricambiare la buona accoglienza con 5 stelle; altrimenti lascio perdere e non ricordo di aver mai scritto recensioni negative. In questo caso, però, devo fare un’eccezione. Ho prenotato su Booking: cercavo un posto fuori dall’autostrada per passare la notte e riprendere il viaggio il giorno dopo. Indico alla proprietà, tramite Booking, l’orario di arrivo e chiedo se c’è un parcheggio perché ho la macchina carica di merce. Quando arrivo esattamente all’orario indicato, chiamo per avere indicazioni per il check-in che, dalla prenotazione, sembrava dovesse essere gestito diversamente, non essendoci reception. Dopo diverse chiamate e circa 15 minuti, mi richiamano per darmi le informazioni necessarie e mi fanno parcheggiare dentro la proprietà. Mi assegnano la camera e vado a lavarmi le mani: il lavandino conteneva barba rasata e peli! Mi cambiano la stanza scusandosi. La nuova stanza ha la finestra aperta ed è gelata: mi accendono la ventilazione per scaldare e, nel frattempo, esco a piedi per andare a cena lì vicino. Tornato in stanza, sento un forte odore tra muffa e fogna… Il bagno, questa volta, aveva le fughe delle piastrelle del pavimento annerite dalla muffa e tutta la stanza aveva davvero un odore fastidioso. Decido di mettermi a letto a lavorare e, quando sposto le coperte, vedo che sopra il materasso c’è solo un coprimaterasso sintetico, talmente sottile da lasciar intravedere i disegni del materasso stesso! Schifato, decido di dormire sopra l’unico lenzuolo presente, direttamente sotto la trapunta sintetica. Mi sono svegliato con un mal di schiena tremendo e con i vestiti che avevo riposto nell’armadio che puzzavano dell’odore della stanza.

Buona sistemazione per un soggiorno a Carrara

Ottima posizione, direttamente sulla spiaggia, ambiente pulito e accogliente. Parcheggio interno con posti auto pubblici aggiuntivi all’esterno. Comodo per la Fiera.

Direkte Lage am Strand, Nutzung der Anlage(Strandliege etc.) inbegriffen, gepflegte Anlage, Das Restaurant Venezia, das nicht zur Anlage gehöhrt, bietet unter der Woche sehr günstige und wirklich gute Mittagsmenues an für 15.- Euro(2025), Parkplätze sind ebenfalls kostenlos verfügbar

Bei unserem Aufenthalt zum Saisonschluß gab es kein Frühstück obwohl unseres Erachtens gebucht
