Not worth it

room was clean

I personally felt uncomfortable as it’s basically a room in a private home where the owners live. Always some noise and little privacy. Also it was very annoying not to have simply a time range for breakfast, but to communicate the exact second. I said 9:00 but I slept “late” (bc I felt sick during the night) and I got woken up at 9:10 from knocking at my door until I had to open it still in pyjamas. They apologised for it later on but I still think it was absurd… To go to the terrace for the breakfast (which doesn’t look like the pics) you have to walk through their living room and kitchen, so I really felt like I couldn’t take my time and space to eat. Also asking me too many questions.. I am not here to chit chat… I am surprised by the high raiting. It’s not worth it also for the high price in small sea town and far from the sea

Such lovely hosts!

Conveniently located close to the motorway but in a quiet residential area with restaurants close by, this b&b proved a lovely surprise. We had secure parking behind the house and a spacious room at the front of the house. We had the window open at night and weren’t bothered by traffic noise. The bed was comfy, there is aircon and a kettle in the room. There’s an outdoor seating area too. Best of all though was the hospitality given to us - if only all b&b owners were like these. They are genuinely friendly, interested and keen to share tips, specialities of the area and ideas of where to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

Superb

We had the best stay here! The hosts were lovely and we felt really welcome. The house was beautiful with the big garden and we had our own terrace. Our room was big with a nice bathroom, all super clean and a nice little fridge. The breakfast was the best of all, with a lot of local specialties and different options for food and drinks with juices and fresh coffee. We were able to borrow the bikes to go to the beach, which was about 5 minutes from the B&B. We would definility come back here and recommend this place! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay, highly recommended! The location is excellent, you can walk to the beach and restaurants, but still very peaceful neighbourhood. We had a room with our own balcony which we enjoyed a lot, beautiful Apuan Alps views. The best thing is of course the wonderful hosts, Chiara and her family were so welcoming! The breakfast is amazing - just be careful, there’s always one more plate coming up! 😄

A great stay with great hosts:)

The best hosts we have ever had. Chiara, her mom Carla and her funny husband Luca are super friendly, always ready to help, they prepare an excellent homemade breakfast (also vegetarian, thanks again for that :)) and they give great tips. The warmth with which we were received was extraordinary. We are very grateful that we could be there. It couldn't have been better and we always love to come back and recommend this beautiful villa to everyone who wants to stay in Marina di Carrara. Thanks for everything!:)

Comfortable and stylish residence with a very warm welcome

We had a wonderful welcome from our hosts who went out of their way to make our stay convenient and comfortable. The house is a beautiful piece of architecture from the 1990s. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of local treats,,,and it kept on coming!

very hospitable hosts, met us in the evening with a prosecco and fruit, it was very cute. we had to leave at 7 am so we were treated to a delicious and hearty breakfast at 6 am, the room is very clean and tidy

siamo stati benissimo già dall'accoglienza sono stati gentilissimi , proprietari molto disponibili e non ti fanno mancare niente anzi ti coccolano , sono persone fantastiche , posizione ottima vicino al centro e a tutti i servizi ma tranquilla , stanza bella grande con bagno privato comodissimo , consiglio e sicuramente ci ritorneremo , grazie ancora di tutto a Chiara e Luca .

Wspaniałe wakacje.

Zakwaterowanie zostało dostosowane do naszych potrzeb - kontakt poprzez komunikator. Pokój zgodny z opisem: bardzo czysto ponadto właściciele wielokrotnie podczas pobytu pytali o ewentualną wymianę np. ręczników na czyste oraz dodatkowe posprzątanie pokoju lub łazienki, osobne wejście. Pokój zawierał dodatkowo lodówkę, klimatyzację, telewizor oraz czajnik wraz z zestawem różnego rodzaju herbat. Wyżywienie to historia zasługująca na osobny rozdział: kawa prawdziwie włoska (przepyszna) bardzo zróżnicowane menu (zawierające regionalne przysmaki - ich smak pozostanie ze mną na zawsze) podawane z uśmiechem i czuć było włożone w ich przygotowanie serce. Auto parkowałem pod zadaszeniem - co jest we Włoszech rzadkością. Posiadałem swój pilot do bramy co umożliwiało mi swobodny wyjazd i wjazd z terenu posesji. Co ważne właściciele zawsze podpowiadali nam jakie miejscowości warto zwiedzić oraz służyli radą w jaki sposób to zrobić (miejsca parkingowe, dojazd oraz gdzie i co zjeść). Dojście do plaży zajmuje dosłownie kilka minut a po drodze niesamowite restauracje z owocami morza szczególnie polecam restaurację ️La Maison. Bardzo będzie nam brakowało porannych rozmów z właścicielami, miałem odczucie, że nie jesteśmy dla Nich tylko zwykłymi gośćmi. Podsumowując jeszcze raz z czystego serca polecam pobyt we wskazanym miejscu a odwiedzających proszę o pozdrowienie od nas właścicieli. Beata i Marcin

Bella Italia, Bella Vila Apuana

Pensiunea este așezată strategic în Marina di Carrara pentru a vizita Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Pisa, Firenze, plaja din Marina di Carrara. Cartier sigur, zonă de relaxare in curte, parcare, micul dejun servit afară, camera curată, balcon. Camera cu balcon este poziționată la strada, ceea ce ar putea fi un inconvenient pentru alti turisti din cauza traficului putin zgomotos de dimineata si seara ( trec masini, scutere, se ridica gunoiul, etc ) dar noi am avut dopuri de urechi, evitând astfel orice disconfort. Micul dejun nu este senzațional ca sortimentatie si calitate, dar indeajuns pentru a te satura. Produsele dulci sunt luate de la patiserie. Totul gustos, ca mai toata mancarea italiana. Cafea foarte bună, suc de fructe, apă la dispozitie, fructe. Proprietarii, signore Luca, signora Chiara, dar mai ales signora Carla ( 88 ani si foarte activa ) super de treabă, comunicativi, disponibili.

Proprietarii neștiind engleză, noi italiană, comunicarea a avut de suferit. Ajunsi in gara dn Pisa si neavand cum sa ajungem in Marina di Carrara din cauza anularii trenurilor, am apelat la proprietari. Oamenii au raspuns pozitiv, venind in Pisa dupa noi contra cost. In timp ce ei erau pe drum, am aflat ca multe trenuri vor fi anulate in timpul sejurului nostru ( reparatii pe traseurile trenurilor si greve ), putandu-ne strica vacanta. Atunci am decis sa inchiriem masina. Am fi vrut sa anuntam oamenii care erau pe drum catre noi, dar nu puteam comunica rapid unii cu altii. De aici si neintelegerea avuta. Proprietarii au venit sa ne ia din gara, noi am zis ca vrem sa inchiriem masina. Ei s-au suparat, noi nu am stiut cum sa le explicam situatia. Am dat din mâini, am dat traducere româno-italiană, am amestecat cuvintele. A fost bine într-un final, motiv pentru care le multumim. Nota noastra este maxima. 10.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura io e la mia amica per una notte. Si tratta della casa di Chiara, un posto magico, curatissimo in ogni dettaglio, estremamente curato nei dettagli e arredato con estremo gusto riciclando oggetti del passato. Colazione eccellente e realmente home made. La madre di Chiara host veramente speciale. Torneremo sicuramente. 🤗❤️❤️❤️
