Exceptional care and love in a very clean and fantastic accommodation
The extra care for every need. Best breakfast customised according to our need. Highly recommend. Feels just like home. The grandma, Chiara and her husband all showered us with lots of love and care

Not worth it
room was clean
I personally felt uncomfortable as it’s basically a room in a private home where the owners live. Always some noise and little privacy. Also it was very annoying not to have simply a time range for breakfast, but to communicate the exact second. I said 9:00 but I slept “late” (bc I felt sick during the night) and I got woken up at 9:10 from knocking at my door until I had to open it still in pyjamas. They apologised for it later on but I still think it was absurd… To go to the terrace for the breakfast (which doesn’t look like the pics) you have to walk through their living room and kitchen, so I really felt like I couldn’t take my time and space to eat. Also asking me too many questions.. I am not here to chit chat… I am surprised by the high raiting. It’s not worth it also for the high price in small sea town and far from the sea

Such lovely hosts!
Conveniently located close to the motorway but in a quiet residential area with restaurants close by, this b&b proved a lovely surprise. We had secure parking behind the house and a spacious room at the front of the house. We had the window open at night and weren’t bothered by traffic noise. The bed was comfy, there is aircon and a kettle in the room. There’s an outdoor seating area too. Best of all though was the hospitality given to us - if only all b&b owners were like these. They are genuinely friendly, interested and keen to share tips, specialities of the area and ideas of where to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

Superb
We had the best stay here! The hosts were lovely and we felt really welcome. The house was beautiful with the big garden and we had our own terrace. Our room was big with a nice bathroom, all super clean and a nice little fridge. The breakfast was the best of all, with a lot of local specialties and different options for food and drinks with juices and fresh coffee. We were able to borrow the bikes to go to the beach, which was about 5 minutes from the B&B. We would definility come back here and recommend this place! Thank you!

Home away from home 💗
We had a lovely stay, highly recommended! The location is excellent, you can walk to the beach and restaurants, but still very peaceful neighbourhood. We had a room with our own balcony which we enjoyed a lot, beautiful Apuan Alps views. The best thing is of course the wonderful hosts, Chiara and her family were so welcoming! The breakfast is amazing - just be careful, there’s always one more plate coming up! 😄
