Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer malerischen Umgebung. Hinter der Pension stehen nur noch einige wenige Häuser, danach beginnt der Wald, der zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Von dieser Unterkunft aus haben wir das Kloster Sázava, Rataje nad Sázavou (mit der Burg Pirkstein), die Burgruine Talmberk, Kutná Hora, Prag, Trosky und Ledečko besucht. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und bot alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht: Kaffee, Croissants, Schinken, Salami, Marmelade und Eier. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und nett. Wir konnten unser Auto auf dem Gelände der Pension parken. Im Innenhof stehen Tische, an denen man gemütlich ein Bier trinken kann. Außerdem gibt es ein separates Gebäude mit einer Küche, die den Gästen zur Verfügung steht.
