The most sincere recommendations for everyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Zadar. A beautiful villa on a quiet street 15 minutes walk from the beach. With Uber for 5-6 euros you can get to the old town in 15 minutes, where you can enjoy beautiful views and book various boat or bus trips to the national park or the islands. It was a family trip - I spent a wonderful week in Zadar with my daughter. The apartment has absolutely everything that is necessary not only for a short stay, but also for a full life. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail and during our stay we never once had the thought that this house was missing something. Excellent furniture, good mattresses and bed linen, perfect cleanliness, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. Good internet, great location, a large and sun-protected balcony where you can meet the sunrise or sit in the evening, relax after an eventful day. My sincere admiration to the owner of the apartment and huge gratitude that I was able to spend a wonderful time in Zadar in such a nice and cozy house. We will definitely come back to you when we visit Zadar next time.

Vila Micic was really nice, we were able to check in earlier than expected and everything was very clean. It is walking distance from a really nice beach. We had more than enough room in our apartment and it had AC which we appreciated.

At some points we could hear the guests from the next room.

Loved Zadar

We had a lovely unit with a big balcony to sit and eat breakfast. Parking for our car was very good and leaving the car and taking the bus to town was much better. Zadar is a lovely town to wander and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.

Marijana answered all of our questions almost immediately, and she was really kind and helpful. The place was super: the beach was 10 minutes walking away and the view from the balcony was beautiful. This place absolutely worth a visit, highly recommended.

Good price-quality ratio

It was a very nice and clean apartment. It had two balconies, one small and one huge, which we loved. Bed was very comfortable and big. Apartment was approximately 10 minutes away from beach (by foot) and 10 minutes away from centre by car.

Some kitchenware could be replaced (mostly pans and pots). We had to buy our own pan, because the ones that were there were not appropriate to cook in them.

This apartment complex is stunning,spotless clean and very comfortable. Marieanne is a lady and had no hesitation in replying to calls or text when we needed some information There are fruit trees everywhere gorgeous to look at.Everything is in walking distance We will 100% be back to stay again ❤❤❤

Super Lokation und sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Zadar, kurzer Flug und du bist am Meer. Das Appartement war sehr schön angerichtet. Es war alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben es genossen und wollten nicht weg.

Ausreisezeit war nicht zu meinem persönlichen Abflugtermin, aber laut Beschreibung.

Очень грязно! На полу клубы пыли. Шторы грязные, полы тоже, на балконе который в спальне даже не смогли выйти потому что и полы и столы и стулья грязнючие. Стены так же грязные, противно было дотрагиваться. Уборка бы не помешала этому номеру. А так же не хватало губки для посуды и средства для мытья посуды. Возможно какой то веник в номер, и тряпочки чтобы можно было убраться самому

L'appartamento è in un piccolo contesto con altri appartamenti vacanza, distante dal centro storico di Zara se si vuole andare a piedi ma vicino al mare e ad altri servizi. Nel complesso buona posizione. Appartamento veramente bello non manca nulla e si ha una terrazza a loggia fantastica per pranzare fuori e rilassarsi. Posto auto coperto in cortile lontano dalle strade principali

Niente di particolare, magari a breve potrebbero rinnovare il bagno con una doccia più spaziosa. Certo la distanza a piedi dal centro storico è molta (circa 3-4 km, lo sapevamo) ma fattibile se non si ha fretta
