Hidden Dunes Cottage 213 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey
Cottage 213 is an upstairs rental accessible by exterior staircase from the parking lot. There is an additional second bedroom within the Cottage accessible by spiral staircase.
Welcome to this bright, sunlit retreat nestled within the lush, gated Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort. Cottage 213 is a relaxing and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom second floor condo with a highly desirable 2nd level sun-dappled screened porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Inside, the décor exudes a relaxed coastal charm, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open living area provides plenty of room to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals effortless. The upstairs guest bedroom features new plantation shutters overlooking the living room below, providing an added layer of privacy, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
With accommodations for up to five guests, this cottage offers a bright respite from the hot sun with space to stretch out. The Hidden Dunes beach access is a short walk away via shaded walkways aside cool water features. Enjoy your days on the sugar-white sands of the Gulf. Hidden Dunes features professional tennis courts, pickle ball courts, two swimming pools and other amenities creating the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.
Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.
2 PARKING SPACE PROVIDED!
Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The condo was cute and this particular unit overlooked the pool which we liked. The downside is the staircase to the upstairs bunkbeds (for us anyway). The stairs are very narrow and wind so pay particularly to the stairs pictured.

We had an amazing stay! Having two kids in the tow the 30 second walk to the pool made our stay perfect. The walk to the beach was only minutes away and the beach service made it super easy to come and go throughout the day. The house was great and the screened in balcony was a huge hit with everyone. Coffee every morning out there was super peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and the people/staff were so friendly. We can’t wait to come back!!

As the title says I had greater expectations for the unit. The furniture was older and VERY worn which I do understand this is normal however the management firm/ownership should provide necessary upgrades which isn't happening as things are damaged and even broken in some cases. The cleaning also could be far better as the floors are quite dirty should be cleaner. I didn't wear a white glove and walk to accomodations but you don't have to noticing the corners and floorboards, etc. The master bed was horrible. The mattress is in desperate need of replacement and the foam top pad doesn't help much. After a day of beach, walking, events, etc I would like to comfortably lay and sleep; not the case here as I was up at 4am daily because of pain and uncomfortableness. As far as the kitchen this was good offering lots of plates, cups, and utensils for adequate use. The check-in and check-out process is great as well as the attentive maintenance folks, props to Newman-Daily for this. They also offered some free tickets to local businesses which was fantastic saving us on our events around town. All-in-all a 3-star rating from me due to the lack of above mentioned. We would use them again but not this unit or type of unit.
