The property was clean and spacious. It had everything thing we were looking for and the neighborhood is great. The owner was friendly and went out of her way to communicated well to make sure check in was smooth.

Very lovely house & hood. Beach was fantastic and very close to house. Pools also nice. Fun hood to walk and ride bikes , which we rented. Communication w the owners easy! Will b back.

We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. The host was super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We especially loved the outdoor space, an easy access to the beach. We definitely plan to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The Mint Julip is a beautiful rental. Really makes you feel at home once you’re settled in. Home had tons of space for our family of 8. Beaches are gorgeous & loved that ours was clean and wasn’t packed. Gulf cart made commute to the beach easy. Front porch and back patio were a nice place for us to hang out and gather. My kids also loved catching all the lizards. Bring your own beach towels and be prepared to buy any cooking spices/oils/sprays/foils/etc. Unlike past rentals we have visited, there weren’t beach towels or a cabinet with donated items from previous renters, nor any unexpired condiments left in the fridge. Nobody was at the gate when we arrived the first couple days, so we never received a welcome packet. We finally got the temporary parking passes halfway through our stay. We also checked in midweek and there was a miscommunication by the cleaning company, so the house had not been cleaned before we arrived. We contacted Kevin and the cleaners came within 30 minutes. They were all very apologetic and pleasant. This was our first time in the area, and enjoyed our stay. Kevin and Steph are great hosts and easy to communicate with.
