About this house rental
You arrive. The gate opens. A wine brunch is waiting on the counter. Fifty steps later, you're on a private beach that only a hundred families in all of Miramar Beach can access. This is what Ocean Eyes House feels like from the first moment - and it only gets better from there.
The Home
Four bedrooms and four and a half baths across two generous floors, with 12-foot ceilings that give the whole house a sense of openness you rarely find in a rental. Two king suites, including the master with its spa-style custom shower and separate dual vanities, and two queen bedrooms, each with its own TV and oversized closets. Every bedroom feels like a room you'd actually want to sleep in.
The Kitchen
Serious cooks and casual breakfast-makers both get what they came for. The open chef's kitchen anchors the main living space and is built around a professional Wolf gas range and oven, stainless appliances, granite counters, and custom cabinetry. Everything you need is already here - full dishware, bakeware, a wide refrigerator, and a separate dedicated freezer for the week's groceries.
The Outdoor Space
Step outside to a covered patio with a full summer kitchen and gas grill - the natural gathering spot at the end of a beach day. The private beach is a one-minute walk. Community pool - right across your front door.
The Community
Caribe is one of the smallest and most exclusive gated communities on the Emerald Coast - roughly 100 homes, two private pools, two private beach access points, a fishing lake, and a tennis and pickleball court, all secured by 24/7 private security. The beach access is yours, not shared with the public.
Your Beach Setup
We provide a complete beach setup on arrival: two lounge chairs, an umbrella, and a table reserved on the private beach. Folding backpack chairs are also available to grab and go. Need more chairs or an additional setup? Contact our beach services manager directly and they'll arrange it.
You must be at least age 27 to book. We do not accept vacationing students or chaperoned groups. Max number of guests is 8 including infants. Guest limit is set by HOA and will be enforced. Other booking restrictions may apply*. Please call for details.

Driveway parking holds up to 3 cars
All spaces in the house including full laundry room are accessible except owner office and storage. Please note that our house is strictly an animal-free zone due to allergies of our family members. Community heated pool is right across the house.
House has video surveillance at front of home.
**This property only allows for eight people of all ages to stay the night and only permits weekly reservations per community association regulations.
*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

I meet my sister and her family every year in Miramar Beach for a week long vacation. We love the Caribe neighborhood. This was the best house we have stayed in. The house is clean and modern. The kitchen is well stocked. Nice high end appliances, and plenty of cookware, drink ware, etc. nice big fridge, and separate full size freezer and ice maker. The house is well stocked with laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, ziplock bags, spices, etc. Irina the host had a beautiful welcome basket for us on arrival. All the bedrooms are ensuites and served our family well. The home is decorated nicely. There was a wagon and sand toys for the beach. It’s a short walk to the PRIVATE beach access. We had chair and umbrella service for the entire week, there were 6 other beach chairs that we could easily put on our back for the quick walk. Irina was extremely responsive and accommodating. Like I said, this is our favorite neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Oh yeah, one other thing… the pool is right across from the house.. the kiddos loved that!

We had a great time on our recent vacation. The home was clean and well organized for members our family to each have their own room and bathroom. The beach is very close and private for the neighborhood, so it was not overly crowded, even for a holiday weekend. The host was very accommodating and communicative and even left a welcome gift and guide to the area. We will definitely stay here again!

The home was beautifully furnished with amenities, clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach is short and pleasant. I like it so much I rebooked it for next summer. Without hesitation I highly recommend this beautiful comfortable home for your stay.
