POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available.

We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

The house and location were perfect! The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is about a 5 minute walk to a private beach that was not crowded. The provided beach chairs were perfect for the location and could be worn as a backpack with storage pockets for our things. Our kids loved the pool and the putting green. We would definitely stay here again!

After 5 weeks here, this place just felt like home. The location is close to everything yet feels removed from the busyness. The neighborhoods private beach was an unexpected blessing. No waking up early to claim a spot. The back yard was an oasis with a real sized pool that my kids could actually play in while I floated on the other end. I can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful time staying here again this year. We loved the new landscaping in the yard and the addition of the new chairs by the pool. The only things we weren’t so excited about were the bedding and towels. They were the exact same ones as last year and are becoming a little worn. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the spices for sure! I would love to see the golf cart included with the rental. The price was too high for a cart that only has access to the neighborhood. Other than those small things, we love the house and will probably be back next year.
