You will hear noise of the demolition of the existing stucco and may have swing stages and workers on the east side exterior of the building outside the windows. For the duration of the project, the courtyard (east side) and portion of the upper parking garage will be closed for access. This condo is located in the middle of the east side of the tower.

My family and I had the best vacation. Beachside Two was everything you needed to make a perfect vacation. The location was convenient to eating, shopping, and beach. Platinum staff were helpful at anytime i needed help with anything. I would recommend them for all your vacation needs. I look forward to visiting Beachside Two again next year.

This beachfront condo was clean and very nice inside. Beds were comfy although an extra blanket or two would have been helpful for the futon pullout. This is a perfect location close to great restaurants or just to sit on the deck and relax with a beautiful view of the ocean.
