Great location, near beach, short walk to many shops and a bus stop outside with a frequent service.
Can only think of trivial things, and I'm not that pedantic.

Kitchen, dining & living room was a great size. 2 showers, 2 toilets, nice size bedrooms.
Private carpark. Close to restaurants/takeaway.
No lift.

Great spot for getting to beachfront, surf club etc, Able to park up and leave the car, get to most places.
Glenn very friendly and accommodating.
The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. It felt like it was a cheap mattress, pillows were just awful- thin (again cheap). No doona (winter stay) just a blanket supplied. Not what I expected for the nightly rate.
Lots of stairs to climb to get to the room (no good for people with mobility issues).
Some maintenance needed on the stairwell carpet - loose carpet (tripping hazard).
