wonderful location, easy access, everything smooth, accomodating. I visited for a work trip combining meetings in the city with an early flight the next day, the location is perfect for that, so quick to FEX and city.

Private bathroom, 2 beds and 1 couch, a lot of space
Location is very good, almost right in front of the S-Bahn station, with good connexion to central station and to the city center
A lot of restaurants in the area
Walls are thin, soundproofing is very bad, but the place is quiet so I still wasn't disturbed at night

Geringer Preis bei vernünftiger Schlafgelegenheit (war eher eine Ausziehcouch, aber alles in Allem ok für den Preis), sauber, Gut gelegen, Sehr freundlicher Besitzer
Recht alter Teppich im (kleinen) Zimmer…als Stauballergiker keine gute Kombination
