Very friendly and polite staff members. Sayed at the reception was super helpful, definitely improved our experience in the hotel. Thanks a lot! Totally recommend it.
As for the food, also good.
When we arrived, the AC didn't work in most of the rooms, however, we got the fan, which was more than enough.

The bed was comfortable. Simple room design. Bluetooth connectivity is an interesting feature.
Quite basic. No toiletries (you do have soap), Not even a water bottle in the room or indication that the water is drinkable - no coffee/kettle etc.
