We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, with very well-maintained gardens and thoughtful decoration details that make the place feel cozy and special. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the whole place felt very safe and peaceful.

Breakfast and the staff were excellent. Views were great. Room was clean.
The hotel is 45 minutes to La Fortuna, way too long.
No WIFI in the room, I had to go to the restaurant to work on my computer.
We could not watch TV at all because the cable was not working. We even had our own NETFLIX account but it was unaccessible.
The room had a VERY STRONG ODOR OF CHLOROX. The sink had a very bad odor as well. Smelled like poop.
