Amazing view, nice staff, big room and big bathroom. Flexibility. Great parking. Nice aircon, good kitchen.
Uncomfortable bed and pillows, a bit run-down bathroom and room. The TV is placed to an extremely bad place, over the balcony door. This is the worst idea of the decade. The breakfast is very monotonous and limited: only 3 options, everyday the same. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, what we ate tasted really bad.

The property is magical. We could have coffee looking at the arenal volcano whilst listening to the birds sounds… magical. Restaurant staff was very kind and for my daughter who celebrated her birthday there (and is lactose intolerant) they prepared a special breakfast and again we celebrated at dinners… very sweet
the shower was not great.

Cons: Noise from next door neighbors - dogs barking and howling / Bed was too firm / TV was outdated - could not use streaming apps (also TV was in the way of curtains) / WiFi temporary outage / Toilet and plumbing issues / Sugar ants in kitchen and on bed / Dinner prices were rather expensive
