Ferienhaus Sam

Wir waren Selbstversorger. Alle Räume waren sauber und angenehm groß , freundlich und hell. Besonders das geräumige Badezimmer mit Dusche UND Badewanne war sehr angenehm.Die Umgebung ( Wiese,Kühe,wenige Häuser)hübsch.

Die Küchenausstattung etwas minimalistisch . Aber sonst ganz okay Sehr

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement proche d’Insbruck. L’endroit est assez calme (malgré les travaux de la maison d’à côté).

Il manquerait un micro-onde, machine à laver, papier toilette insuffisant, ainsi que de l’huile, sel (et des chaises longues serait un plus). Animaux accepté mais malgré l’emplacement en contrebas, on ne peut pas lâcher notre chien à cause des chats sur place. Et la photo ne reflète pas du tout le site sur place, qui est accolé à une maison et entouré d’autres.

Good, quiet location with a beautiful view of Innsbruck at sunrise. A large bright apartment with floor heating, a large fridge with freezer, and a garden terrace with desk and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a large bathtub and shower. Washing machine is available on-demand, at an extra charge. Street parking is available for EUR5 / day.

The kitchen is decently equipped; however, we were missing * a large(er) salad bowl * a large(er) pot for coooking >=500 g of pasta * large beer/water glasses While the apartment was satisfactorily cleaned before our arrival, there was no cleaning during our stay. The towels were changed only on demand. During our two-week stay, the bedding was changed only on one bed and that only when we pointed out that one of our party was replaced by another. No instructions were left for trash separation.
