    The location is great, and there is a beautiful area and museum right in front of the hotel. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were very kind, friendly, and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff did not speak basic English, which made it a little difficult to ask for things sometimes. Overall, the hotel is good and the location is excellent. With a few improvements and more attention to detail, it could easily feel like a 4-star hotel.

    My room had no air conditioning the entirety of my stay. The staff on site continued to assure me it would be fixed soon and yet never functioned. Nice hotel and prime location but I would have stayed elsewhere had they just said it wouldn’t function my entire trip.
