Property was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed.
We arrived home what evening to see that the apartment had been without power for some time. There was no aircon on a very hot night and no running water. I reached out to the properly on 3 different phone numbers and also via message and have still received no response from anyone. Very poor communication once you’re checked in.

Very fair value for money in a great part of the city that made exploring Lisbon easy and convenient. The studio was clean and felt safe.
The walk up was a little tough and we weren't sure what floor we would be on when we booked. Not a major issue.

Room was clean and relatively spacious. Air conditioning was great and the bathroom was a great size. Location is excellent.
The walls are pretty thin - I could hear the people next door easily including when they were coughing or talking. You need to carry your luggage up the flight of stairs.
