La tranquillità, la posizione.
La porta di chiusura a vetri con luce dal mattino alle 5:30 e la poca sicurezza della stessa.

Der Empfan war sehr herzlich. Das Villino ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Anlage hat mir gut gefallen. Die Häuser stehen in einer Gelände, das durchsetzt ist mit Pinien. Von einigen Punkten hat man einen schönen Ausblick.
Der Nachteil der ruhigen Lage ist, dass man recht weit weg „von Allem“ ist. Zu Fuss ist da nichts zu machen. Für Einkauf Restaurant oder Strand braucht man immer das Auto oder Bike.
