We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

The structure consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two joinable beds, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed for a child and a kitchenette. The living area leads directly to the outdoor area, which opens onto a landscape of rare beauty and is equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs.

- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- the first set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge by the property, we ask you to communicate the number of participants precisely as the beds will be delivered already made. Any changes of bed linen and towels are subject to payment and on request; it will not be bookable on site.
