It is really convenient to have a restaurant downstairs, food is quite good and staff very friendly. The room itself was very spacious, great quality smartly planned and brand new furniture, amazing balcony, everything provided what you might need, even a coffee machine. :) View over the window was nice and the city center was right here. Also, property has a lot of parking space and you are never dependent on reception or other people, you can come and leave as you please, experience resembled living in a flat, each room even has a safe-type heavy door that you lock with a key.

Everything would have been excellent if not the poor soundproofing, we heard the neighboring rooms way too well. It was also quite dark in the bathroom, some additional light would help a lot and some additional hooks for towels and/or robes would also be great addition. Not sure if you can do something about it, but the blue glowing light coming from the air conditioning was quite disturbing at night. Beds also were too hard for us, but that is a personal preference.
