Perfect location, friendly informative staff. Liked the addition of the fridge with cold drinks . Parking was free and close by.

Great location, comfortable room with beautiful views of the Ironbridge. Lots of thoughtful extras. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The warm welcome from the staff who are a credit to the Bridge View, in particular Chelsea who went the extra mile ' literally in helping me find the car parking off site, having been shown the room and if there was anything else required' just to get in touch i felt was a nice touch. Room was perfect and very comfortable, tea, coffee and fridge being well stocked ' over and above I've experienced in the past ! five star if being honest for the amount charged

Good location
Conquer room very small managed to change after 1st night. Difficult to check in had to leave car on narrow hill with double yellow lines until cases upstairs then had to park several hundred meters away. Lovely staff but don’t understand why it’s got such good reviews. Next time we will stay at the great western.
