The room was comfortable and was stocked with the extras I love to have as standard - a fridge with fresh milk in a jug and a carafe of water - both avoiding the need for plastics, tea bags and even cake from the café downstairs. Breakfast is extra and served downstairs, which keeps the price down. The staff were friendly and very helpful - on hand to instruct me to the free car park nearby. The view of the bridge from the window seat was superb.
It wasn't a problem for me but there are steep outside stairs to the apartments and key codes that could be tricky for people who are not so mobile.

The only fly in the ointment was the view. We didn't have one. It was just a brick wall, however everything else made up for this, so it would not put me off going back, which is what we intend to do.

Room good generally but wash basin rather restrictive. Room clean & well thought out. Good storage space.
Wash basin could give better access but shower great. Never been washed better.
