Very good place to stay for family vacation.

Well maintained apartment, all clean, parking lot just around the corner. Close to the bus stop, grocery and beach. There is a nearby bakery and kind of pizza fastfood (10min walk).

Nothing particular found. Just it would be worth to mention, that you have to pay a tourist tax which is around 4€ per person/night (including kids).

The accommodation was extremely clean and felt like home. It’s just 5 mins walk from the nearest beach. The accommodation we booked had also a backyard with privacy. Would highly recommend.

No curtain to block sunlight in the living room. People who sleep on the sofa bed do not feel so comfortable about this.

Es war rundum praktisch, schön, heimisch und modern eingerichtet.

Wir wurden von Katrin bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen, sie hat uns die Tür geöffnet und alles erklärt, auch wo man wie hinkommt und dass der Ortsbus genutzt werden kann. Die Nähe zum Strand...

Wir kommen wieder!

Katrin ist eine ganz herzliche Vermieterin, die uns im Vorfeld schon wegen Rausfallschutz etc kontaktierte. Die Kinder fanden die Spielmöglichkeiten im Garten toll, die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet, der Weg zum wunderschönen Strand waren 5 Minuten, die Anbindung mit Bus nach Binz war top und durch die Binzer Bucht Card kostenlos. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen bald wieder!!!

Die Straße vor der Eingangstür ist doch gut befahren über Tag und man muss achtsam sein v.a. mit Kindern, aber Abends und Nachts war Ruhe 😀 Ein Hocker für kleine Kinder wäre im Bad noch toll.

Heerlijk verblijf vlakbij het strand en bos

Locatie op 10 min lopen naar het strand. Mooie complete keuken en badkamer. Gemeenschappelijke tuin met zitje en tafeltennis tafel. Heerlijk om te zitten. Grote supermarkt op 2 minuten met de auto. Horren voor de ramen, dus geen muggen.

Losse bedden in de kleine kamer waren te zacht voor onze jong volwassen kinderen. Wellicht nog een hor in het badkamerraam?

Modernes Apartment mit kleinen Abstrichen bei Lage und Außenbereich

Das Apartment ist groß, geräumig, modern und sehr gepflegt – genau wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich rundum wohl.

Die Lage ist allerdings etwas gemischt: Das Hotel liegt in zweiter Reihe zum Strand, was für etwas mehr Ruhe sorgt. Allerdings befindet sich das Apartment zwischen einer befahrenen Eisenbahnlinie und der Hauptstraße, was den Geräuschpegel beeinträchtigen kann. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt ist, dass es keinen direkten Zugang zum Garten gibt, wie es die Bilder auf Booking.com suggerieren. Dies hat uns enttäuscht, da wir uns gerade darauf gefreut hatten.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal in dieser Unterkunft und waren wie letztes Jahr begeistert von der Ausstattung, der Lage und der Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige hundert Meter vom Ostseestrand entfernt, der fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen und der Privatparkplatz vor der Wohnung ist ein zusätzliches Plus.

Goed voor 1 nachtje, appartement is prima maar veel lawaai, geen fijne buitenruimte

Het appartement is prima maar ligt aan een hele drukke weg, vanaf heel vroeg al auto’s, heel veel bussen, vrachtwagentjes etc. Als je dat niet erg vindt, dan heb je een fijn appartement wat dat is goed uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Het terrasje, een tafel en 4 stoelen, ligt op de parkeerplaats aan een heel drukke weg en de gemeenschappelijke tuin ligt te ver weg om lekker te gebruiken. Je kijkt uit op je auto en op de weg. Meer een soort motel dan een lekker vakantieappartement. Heel onduidelijk in de omschrijving. Wij hadden dus geen eigen tuin maar wel een duurder appartement, heel raar want dat dachten we wel namelijk.

Solche Gastgeberinnen trifft man selten. Durch den herzlichen Empfang beginnt der Urlaub direkt bei der Ankunft. Die Ausstattung wurde mit Sinn und Verstand ausgewählt und lässt keine Wünsche offen und selbst wenn mal etwas fehlen sollte, macht diese Gastgeberin es mit Sicherheit möglich! Das Gesamtkonzept stimmt von A-Z. Das gibt es selten
