The breakfast and the spacious room

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful, cozy, and in a great location — very close to the center and only about 15 minutes by car from Ortisei.
The views were absolutely breathtaking, and even the drive to Ortisei was incredibly scenic. I was initially hesitant about the location, but once we arrived, I realized it was actually one of the best things about the hotel.
The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and they prepared a baby cot for us. The receptionist was especially helpful with recommendations and information about the area.
Breakfast had enough options for us, and everything was perfect overall. We would definitely stay here again!

Size and comfort of the room, easy access to bus, fabulous breakfasts

Location was decent. Staff was nice. Parking was available.
No restaurant in the hotel and therefore dinner became a big headache each evening as there were few restaurants in Val Gardena and all required pre booking a table. Infrared heating in the room meant cold floors and wet towels. Breakfast was basic with no change whatsoever. Definitely not value for money at more than 200 eur a night.
