The entrance, driving out down the steep driveway, at the bottom every time the car front spoiler grounded , it's not a sports car it's a A class Mercedes

Je mets un petit hic sur une choses, il fait assez frais dans l'appartement en hiver les chauffages sont simplement des chauffages d'appoint "grille pain"

Séjour moyen pour le logement. Excellent pour les visites alentour.

L'ensemble du gîte à besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Les chambres sont des alcoves minuscules. L'escalier d'accès pas très sécurisé. La végétation pour accéder au logement manque d'entretien.

Pour 2 nuits car 2 jours au zoo de beauval ça passe mais pas d’insonorisation

Très bien pour 2 nuits car deux jours au zoo de Beauval, 209€ début août. Piscine pas facile d’accès car il faut sacrément monter. Superbe réactivité des propriétaires qui ont remis le courant électrique très rapidement car pas de jus dans les prises à mon arrivé

On entend vraiment tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins.. la tv et quand ils vont aux toilettes.. un petit coup de rafraîchissement serait top, joints robinetterie etc.

Très mauvaise surprise en arrivant !

La proximité avec le parc où nous allions et le calme de l endroit

Nous avions loué spécifiquement cet endroit car il y avait une piscine chauffée comme indiqué dans l annonce.. malheureusement en arrivant nous avons constaté que la piscine était totalement inutilisable, insalubre et non entretenue.. impossible de se baigner ! Les enfants étaient très déçus.. Autres points très problématique, l eau chaude est rapidement indisponible ! A partir de la 3eme douches l 'eau est froide ce qui est innaceptable lorsqu on loue un logement pour 8 personnes... L 'accès au logement se fait par un escalier en bois qui est dans un état dangereux et près a cédé a certain endroit et les deux marche qui servent pour aller de l apparemment a la terrasse mesures au moins 25 cm de hauteur..! (Pas très pratique avec des enfants)...Sans compter les échardes attrapée lorsqu on se tient a la rembarde pour monter ou descendre ( Mes petites filles de 2 et 8 ans en avait plusieurs dans les mains.) Concernant les couchages les photos sont faites de sortes qu on ne le voit pas mais deux des "chambres" sont en réalité des placards aménagés ! Pas d espaces et pas de fenêtre ou au moins 1 velux.. sous les combles par 30° je ne vous raconte pas ! Ah oui des ventilateurs sont a dispositions mais brasser de l air chaud ne sert a rien.. l La porte du frigo chauffe,et quand je dis chauffe le joint est brûlant.. Donc forcément il ne fait pas de froid dedans ce qui pose encore un problème.. Les photos de l extérieur doivent datées car il n y a aucun entretien a part devant la maison et encore les transats sont vieux et sales.. Une plaque métallique qui bouche un trou au sol côté stationnement des véhicules n est pas fixée et s en va lorsqu on roule dessus ce qui est très dangereux lorsqu'on rentre de nuit .. Enfin les 3/4 de l'appartement est recouvert d une moquette douteuse et qui n est pas très approprié pour les allergies..
