Room too small.

Great location, great atmosphere and exactly as advertised.

Breakfast was quite boring.

The room was clean. The bed is very comfy. Loved the big TV for my room. Was able to log in to my Netflix. The front desk is 24/7 so was very convenient. The front desk stuff were all very friendly and helpful.

The location is not the most ideal. Yes it is a 5 min walk to the train station. But to go to all the tourist places, I need to take two trains and at least 20+ minutes. Can't walk to anything. The short walk back to the hotel also didn't feel safe. It looked like a shady little street and some suspicious looking people were always standing around. I was always walking super fast after I got off the train. The sink in my room is extremely tiny and every time I wash my face the water spills everywhere. The bathroom light was very dim when I was applying my makeup in the mirror I could barely see my face.

staff attitude and friendly behavior. Cleanliness of the room. Cleanliness of the building in general. Free hot beverages and cold water at the reception area. Accessibility to the metro lines.

Narrow spaces in public areas, such as the reception, the one small toilet, storage room, uncomfortably narrow curved staircase. the guest room is a bit narrow. Missing a very small fridge especially for guests that need to cool medicines such as Insulin. The tap water in the bathroom is lukewarm and weak.
