The owners couldn’t be more helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable, you can feel they really care about their guests. They offered assistance with many things and were available throughout.
The location is excellent right in the centre but on a quiet street off the main road.
The value for money is super considering it includes parking and access to the leisure centre swimming pool (just 2 mins walk away).

The mattress was a little hard for me, but didn't spoil the fact that the hotel was amazing

Breakfast was lovely
Paid far too much for what you get. Poky room, toilet didn't flush properly and the bathroom door was sticking so couldn't shut fully. No bar, pool not on site and shut early over bank holiday
