Fantastic experience in an agriturismo that’s walking distance to the Cascate!

We booked the 2 bedroom 2 bath villa for 4 and was pleasantly surprised it included a small kitchen. The location was perfect for visiting the Cascate del Molino hot springs. The countryside was safe and quiet. We were running late during our drive from Orvieto that evening but had excellent communications with the host regarding our arrival. At first since we weren’t firm on our itinerary and we were hesitant to reserve due to the nonrefundable rate, however this ended up to be one of the top and affordable designations during our trip. A short walk to the springs in the morning, with no crowds was the perfect Italian hot spring experience! The hosts were super friendly!! Don’t hesitate to book this!

We liked the location, cascades in the vicinity, breakfast, surroundings and the very friendly receptionist. She made our day.

Room for two persons, only one chair inside. Maintenance could be better. We were unable to turn on the lights in the bathroom from the room. The switch was not working. A few pegs in the bathroom would be an improvement.

Amazing staff! Delicious breakfast with options for afternoon appetizers and drinks. Wine and olive oil made locally was fantastic! Close to public hot springs with access to private river swimming area. Quite rooms with great views of Tuscan landscapes.

Nice and quaint stay near saturnia

Beautiful estate and very close to the Saturnia springs (10 min walk ). The included breakfast buffet was very good and they have a happy hour ($) where you can taste local wines. They also have a nearby warm river downstream from the Saturnia springs where you can lay down and relax. The room was clean and had a cute patio.

The room felt old. The shower was partially broken (the shower head couldn't stay in place, it kept sliding down, and the shower doors wouldn't completely close. The mattress and the pillows were quite thin. The AC was old and very noisy.

Absolutely amazing stay!

The highlight was definitely the incredible breakfast – delicious, varied, and made with love. The staff were perfect: friendly, helpful, and always professional. We also really enjoyed the homemade olive oil – a must-try! The location is great, just 1 km from the mill with thermal water, which made for a lovely walk.

The only downside, according to my wife, was the hairdryer – it could be a bit more powerful. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We would love to come back!

loved the cats and breakfast

We loved the cats. We had some extra cheese and shared with one, soon we had 5! We were missing our dog so the cats were a lot of fun. The food and service were excellent, they seem to make everything from scratch. They even brought a cheese plate and wine to our patio one evening. We could walk to the hot springs which was nice but raining when we visited which made them Luke warm, but not our hosts fault. The only down side were the small rooms and thin walls.

Very nice, quiet place. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Conveniently located within the walking distance to the termal cascades. Great place for kids - a lot of space outside, with friendly cats all around. The countryside very beautiful, the journey from Siena was stunning and by itself would be worth the trip.

Wifi service could be better. Also the heating by air conditioner was not sufficient in February and it was a bit cold inside of the house.

Definitely worth a visit! Make some time for it.

Loved the platters you can have with the local ricotta, sourdough bread and assorted meats. We ordered a platter and some great wine. The breakfast was awesome with all sorts. So close to the hot spring.

Its hard to fault this wonderful place, only thing I'd say was the mattress was amazingly soft but it felt like I was sitting in it when I was sleeping. Still had a good nights rests

We walked from the Hotel to Cascate del Mulino in the evening and early in the morning. It was very easy to find. From the B&B there is also a privat access to the brook which we thought is very cool. The hotel is in a quiet location and has a beautiful view of the countryside.

The water in the shower has not drained off. One corner of the room had mould which also affected the smell of the room. The breakfast was not good (not from a high standard perspective). They didn‘t offer a lot of things and only a view things were fresh and local foods.

despite our request for "not noisy" room, we got a room with a guy painting furnitures with noisy compressor next to it. the noise and smell were very unpleasent .we informed the reception.Laura was wery kind, told us its a mistake, but the painter kept on going the next morning. i beleive this room wasnt to be rented at all under those circumstances.
