We booked the 2 bedroom 2 bath villa for 4 and was pleasantly surprised it included a small kitchen. The location was perfect for visiting the Cascate del Molino hot springs. The countryside was safe and quiet. We were running late during our drive from Orvieto that evening but had excellent communications with the host regarding our arrival.
At first since we weren’t firm on our itinerary and we were hesitant to reserve due to the nonrefundable rate, however this ended up to be one of the top and affordable designations during our trip. A short walk to the springs in the morning, with no crowds was the perfect Italian hot spring experience!
The hosts were super friendly!!

We liked the location, cascades in the vicinity, breakfast, surroundings and the very friendly receptionist. She made our day.
Room for two persons, only one chair inside. Maintenance could be better. We were unable to turn on the lights in the bathroom from the room. The switch was not working. A few pegs in the bathroom would be an improvement.

Just the view was excellent
It was far from the other places and without car transferring was really awful! And the other bad point was a long path from the Main Street to the accommodation was completely dark without any lights !!! It was really horrible !!!
When everything is far the hotel should have the best facilities for guests but they didn’t have a normal menu for serving! Just something to eat not enjoying! My boyfriend and I stayed hungry that night!
